Seimitsu Industrial Co., Ltd : History
1972 Dec. Seimitsu Industrial CO., LTD. is established with 3 million yen.  Main business was the processing of the parts for marine engine.
1975 Mar. Installation of an automatic Friction Welding machine.
1976 Feb. Increased capital to 10 million yen.
1977 Jun. Transferred the Head Office to current address in Nanko industrial estate in Osaka.
1979 Apr. Increased capital to 12 million yen.Established the sections of roll shafts and grinding processing.
1981 Oct. Qualified as an authorized machining factory of nuclear power plants by Kobe Shipyard & Machinery Works Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LTD.
1984 Nov. Constructed the Hirabayashi Factory.
1989 Nov. Installation of a large NC machine. Divided the Head Office Factory as a Machine factory, and the Hirabayashi Factory as a factory of Grinding and welding.
1990 Oct. Became a member of the corporative association of Industrial Machinery Business Division in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LTD.
1993 Apr. Qualified as an authorized machining factory by Takasago machinery Works Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LTD.
1995 Dec. Installation of a large mirror polishing machine.
1998 Jul. Established the Friction Welding Factory.
Oct. Installation of a large Friction Welding machine(FF120).
2000 Jun. Installation of a large combined machining CNC lathes.
2003 Dec. Expanded the Hirabayashi Factory.
2004 Sep. Increased capital to 15 million yen.
2007 Jun. Got ISO9001
Established a new factory in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture and relocated the Friction Welding Factory as Joint Section Office and Factory.
2010 Oct. Installation of an automatic Friction Welding machine.
2013 Aug. Relocated the Friction Welding Factory in Osaka City.
2016 Apr. Formed a business partnership with Kawakami Works Ltd. (Osaka-Sayama City)
